The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 305(L&C) An                      
Act establishing a standard for determining when an injured worker             
is eligible for reemployment benefits and establishing a procedure for         
adopting a new, revised, or replacement standard for determining               
when an injured worker is eligible for reemployment benefits was               
not taken up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the             
Secretary for engrossment.
